As a certified Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC), she specializes in diagnosing systemic inefficiencies and re-engineering operations so people and processes work in harmony.
Known for her empathy-driven leadership style, Stephanie combines rigorous strategy with human-centered change management. She helps leaders cut through complexity, focus on what matters most, and deliver results that last, all while building work environments where teams can thrive.
Emi Linds
Chief Solutions Architect and Co-Founder
Emi is an IBM-certified Machine Learning Specialist and an ex-KPMGer. She created The Human Margin for AI – a framework for building trust and adoption into every modernization journey. With a background that bridges technology consulting, narrative architecture, and machine learning, she translates technical complexity into understandable strategies.
Her work spans responsible AI adoption, storytelling for change, and systems-level strategy for organizations ready to walk towards the future without losing their human touch, and be understandable from the boardroom to the dev team to the public.
